This is for information of all concerned that the Board of Directors 
 in its 102nd meeting held on  25-01-2010 decided to purchase premises of 6,614sft (approx) 
 of ground and 1st floor in Bhuiyan Centre, 68 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 for Tk.6.60 crore (Taka six crore sixty lac) only (excluding registration cost, Tax/VAT etc.).
 The price of the premise will be met partially by availing investment facility from a Shariah based bank and 
partially from own source of finance.
